Longingly awaited by the fans of our customer Canton GLE S2 and now available: there are newcomers to the smart GLE S2 family, in the form of the compact speaker Smart GLE 3 S2 and, as a supplement, the center speaker Smart GLE 5 S2. The shelf speaker Smart GLE 3 S2 is a perfect match for our recently introduced floorstanding speaker Smart GLE 9 S2. With it and the center Smart GLE 5 S2, you can set up an impressive home cinema system in your home - completely free of speaker cables. Thanks to the powerful active module in each speaker, up to 350 watts of power are available. More than enough power to indulge your hobby of stereo hi-fi and multi-channel home cinema.

Clear design
The attractive speakers flatter the eye with their discreetly elegant design. Lacquered fronts and white or ash black foiled enclosures give the Smart GLE 3 S2 a high-quality appearance, which are perfectly finished despite its attractive price. The well-proportioned housings can be harmoniously integrated into any living ambience thanks to their small footprint of 19 x 28 centimetres and low height of 36 centimetres. If you prefer a less technical look in your home, you can hide the baffles behind sound-transparent fabric covers.

Equipment variety
Once you have found a place for your new Smart GLE 3 S2, plug it into an electrical outlet and connect a source device of your choice. Thanks to the extensive inputs and easy setup, the Smart GLE 3 S2 will spoil you with musical or cinematic delights in no time at all. Optical and coaxial versions are available on digital inputs. Analogue, the smart compact loudspeakers come into contact with source devices via Cinch or XLR inputs. In addition, the Smart GLE 3 can be fed with audio signals wirelessly via Bluetooth thanks to apt-X decoding in CD quality. They become high-quality computer speakers thanks to their USB interface with XMOS. Connected to this, computers recognize the Smart GLE 3 S2 as an external sound card and play music in the highest quality.

Complemented by the latest features and up-to-date technology of our current Smart speakers, the Smart GLE 3 S2 become stunning compact speakers with an impressive sound image. 350 watts of power from Class D amplifiers each fire the 180 mm aluminium chassis, which are mounted in low-loss wave beads, and the 25 mm aluminium-manganese tweeters, which offer excellent dispersion characteristics thanks to their Transmission Front Plates and sound-optimised metal grilles.

Virtual worlds
Our compact Smart GLE 3 S2 offers great entertainment value. Even as a classic stereo pair for music, they sound great. At the touch of a button, the Smart GLE 3 S2 become home cinema speakers that can reproduce multi-channel sound formats such as Dolby Audio or DTS Digital Surround spatially thanks to the integrated decoder. The display on the speaker baffle provides information about the operating modes of the smart speaker in scrolling text. And with other models from the smart family, you can easily create a powerful 4.0 home cinema system that virtually reproduces the centre channel for optimum dialogue intelligibility.
